- Supporting to drive the Revenue/GP growth of the EMEA region through deal structuring that optimizes value while minimizing risks;
- Being a reliable partner to various regional leaders and stakeholders for anything related to pricing and deal structuring.
- Work closely with EMEA sales teams to structure deals that align with internal frameworks for contracting and pricing while meeting customer needs;
- Assist developing and modeling deal pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market;
- Support conducting financial analysis to asses deal viability;
- Identify and drive improvements for quoting and pricing processes across a broad product portfolio;
- Review and analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with Sinch company policies and legal requirements;
- Support the deal approval process, including preparing deal summaries, obtaining approvals from key stakeholders, and documenting decisions;
- Continuously contribute in evaluating and improving deal desk processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Work cross functionally internally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various stakeholder teams: Sales, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, BusinessIT etc;

- Demonstrate the ability to manage a demanding workload, staying organized and reliable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with honors in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, running or being part of a Deal Desk or Business Operations team.
- Skills: Strong experience with financial and business analysis, pricing, deal structuring, commercial and contractual terms & conditions. You have a high attention to detail, you are structured and able to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Self-starter: You're a go-getter, able to work with little coordination, someone who takes the initiative and steers their work independently. You're not fazed by ambiguity, and you're all about turning the unknown into a clear path. You are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Program Management: Your program management skills are advanced and enable you to coordinate medium to large projects involving data and data outcomes.
- Hold Czech citizenship.
- Have a valid Czech work permit.
