- Training & Support: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for all users, ensuring proficient system utilization. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular data analysis, maintain data quality, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive the development of reporting processes aligned with best practices.
- System Optimization: Work closely with the Medical team to understand evolving business processes and configure Veeva CRM to support their workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and actively contribute to the success of the Medical team.
- Project Management: Manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth implementation.
- Fluency in CZ/SK and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Veeva and Salesforce.
- Strong data management skills, attention to detail, and experience with Power BI and PBI workspace administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
