- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Building and maintaining a vendor relationship
- Defines and tracks performance for the vendors products and services
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Lead and training business development staff
- Cooperate with similarly focused teams within the global Arrow
- Experience primarily with VMware products and services
- Previous experience with the position of Business Development Manager
- Presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English
