- Project Leadership: Lead teams to deliver project milestones.
- Strategic Input and Execution: Offer strategic input and assist in the execution of growth plans, mergers, or acquisitions, including transactions and transformations in healthcare and energy sectors.
- Display Problem-Solving Thinking: Apply a problem-solving mindset to dissect complex challenges encountered during market entry evaluations or strategic projects.
- Continuous Learning and Team Collaboration: Embrace a proactive approach to learning, keeping abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Contributing to Strategic Projects: Actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at market entry, growth, and expansion plans, particularly within healthcare and energy markets. Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.
- Executing Detailed Analyses: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations in complex, often regulated environments.
- Client Relationship Skills: A demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and credibility through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering a high-quality service.
- Team Development: Cultivate an inclusive team culture and contribute towards internal firm initiatives.
- Sector expertise in healthcare and/or energy (e.g. healthcare providers, pharma, medtech, payers, energy utilities, renewable energies, infrastructure, or energy transition topics).
- Experience in other sectors (e.g. operations, logistics, financial services, automotive, oil & gas, telco) is an advantage
- You possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy consulting as senior/leading role in management consulting firm
- You have completed a university degree - strategy/consulting/economics
- English + czech/slovak (both working professional level or native)
- Working visa in EU.

- The first step is an online meeting with our recruiter Karolina, where you will discuss all the necessary details of the position.
- Subsequent rounds are online interviews with Strategy & Execution team members where you will receive a brief introduction from one of our colleagues, followed by a case study. These rounds will also include questions relating to personal fit. They are a great opportunity to meet and interact with your potential future team members.
