Job Description:Are you passionate about fighting fraud and ensuring the security of financial transactions? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!What you’ll be doing:

Monitor and analyze transactions, accounts, and activities to identify potential fraudulent behavior
Investigate and resolve suspicious activities by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fraud detection and prevention
Generate reports and provide recommendations to management based on fraud analysis
Participate in training and awareness programs for employees to enhance fraud detection capabilities
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external organizations as necessary

What you’ll bring:

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and techniques
Czech or Polish language at a native level.
Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker).
Good command of English (minimum level B2).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong process and result orientation
Work experience: Previous experience with insurance business and fraud prevention area is an advantage
