- Pursue and review of requirements regarding structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency and Crisis Management (ECM)
- Representing the BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
- Steering of BCM structures in international subsidiaries including internal audits
- Development and implementation of overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
- Development and performing of awareness measures and trainings
- Support of measures for coping incidents and crisis
- University / High school degree in Security Management / Informatics / Engineering / Economics / Cyber security / Project management or a comparable qualification
- Fluent English (spoken and written) at level guaranteeing successful presentation to C-level management.
- Information Security basics knowledge / experience
- Experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Emergency and Crisis Management especially in the setup ideally at larger enterprises
- Experience in international projects
- Teamwork, self-confidence, reliability and diplomatic skills

- BCM / ECM certifications (CBCI, CISM, ISO 22301, 27001, ...)
- Project Management certificates (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
- B2 or higher knowledge of German language
