- Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and errors across systems such as Enterprise Analytics platform, Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle PLM, Excel and other platforms like ERP systems of acquisitions.
- Periodically maintaining and improving data integrity for product hierarchies, recurring revenue records, customer types, sales mapping and other datasets.
- Developing and managing internal data quality dashboards and reports to monitor progress and flag anomalies.
- Collaborating with different teams including central Master Data Management (MDM) department to define data standards & implement best practices for data governance.
- Supporting data migration, cleansing, and enrichment efforts during system upgrades or acquisition integrations.
- Creating and documenting data quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing training and support to business users on data quality best practices and the correct use of data systems.
- In collaboration with, Master Data Management (MDM) department, suggesting improvements to automated data validation rules and controls to enhance data accuracy at the point of capture.
- Min. 3 years in business data analytics or comparable fields of work
- Degree in IT, Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field desired but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a data quality, data operations, or business analyst role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of additional languages (such as French, German) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and international standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools. Formulas and Pivot table handling is a must; scripting knowledge such as VBA is desired.
- Experience with data platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Agile or similar systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Tableau) is an asset.
- Understanding data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server) and scripting is desired
- Very detail-oriented and methodical with a passion for identifying and resolving data issues.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
