- Develop and execute the local company strategy, ensuring alignment with Bosch Rexroth's regional vision and financial targets.
- Take full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regular reporting cycles.
- Analyze company performance, monitor key financial KPIs (e.g., Operating Income, margins, TNS, costs), and develop corrective action plans to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee the annual financial audit, credit management, and year-end closing processes in accordance with Bosch standards.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on business performance to senior management.
- Provide direct leadership, management, and development for HR, Controlling, and Export Control departments.
- Hold disciplinary responsibility for Supply Chain Management (Logistics, SOM), IT, as well as service departments such as Global Services, Bosch Digital and Indirect Purchasing
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement (CIP) across your teams.
- Collaborate effectively with the leadership team to ensure seamless integration of commercial, sales, and technical operations.
- Act as the primary commercial partner for our customizing center, evaluating business opportunities, managing project profitability, and overseeing commercial offers.
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiations with external partners and service providers.
- Serve as the key liaison with Bosch central departments, regional organizations, and shared service centers to optimize support and efficiency.
- Ensure the company operates in full legal compliance with local regulations and adheres to the rigorous standards of the Bosch Group.
- Champion and implement internal control systems and export control regulations.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior commercial or financial leadership role (e.g., Commercial/Financial Manager, Head of Controlling, or similar) in a company operating in the field of manufacturing, sales or automation, experience in an international corporation is a significant advantage.
- Expert-level knowledge of controlling, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis at a company-wide level.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
