Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!As an Asset & Configuration Process Manager, you take responsibility of the Configuration and IT Hardware Asset Management processes within our ServiceNow ecosystem. You join our CMDB program as it matures and transitions to full operational responsibility once the project phase concludes. You ensure that integrated data becomes accurate, reliable, governed, and effectively used across the IT organization.Your chance
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Configuration and Asset Management processes
  • Ensure CMDB data is accurate, compliant, complete, and value-creating
  • Connect technical data, governance, and ITSM business processes
  • Enable process automation, impact analysis, change validation, security enforcement, and audit readiness
  • Develop and enforce policies, standards, workflows and governance
  • Ensure process compliance across IT teams and stakeholders
  • Oversee the daily operational management of the CMDB
Your personality
  • 1-2 years Experience with ITSM, CMDB and IT Hardware Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, especially Configuration Management
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, CSDM or IRE is a plus)
  • Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud, endpoints)
  • Ability to translate technical data issues into process requirements
  • Certifications (ITIL 4) is an advantage
  • Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB, CSDM modeling is an advantage
  • Background in process design or organizational governance is an advantage
