HR Staffing - Talent Acquisition Coordinator (English + German)Hybrid • Prague 4 (Pankrác) • 12-month contract • ASAP start • 50,000 CZK/monthWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join the international TA team of a leading global life-science organisation based in Prague.If you enjoy coordination, supporting people, and ensuring smooth HR processes, this role might be perfect for you! ?✨As part of the Global TA Coordination Team, you will collaborate closely with TA Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates across Europe. Your focus will be pre-boarding, administrative excellence, and ensuring a seamless hiring experiencPopis pozice

📝 Create and manage offer letters (EN & DE)
🔍 Initiate and track employment checks (medical screenings, background checks)
⚠️ Identify and escalate discrepancies during screening processes
🔐 Handle confidential candidate data in line with compliance and internal policies
🚀 Support pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires
📊 Contribute to administrative support and process improvement within TA

Požadavky

Languages: fluent in English + German

Minimum 1 year of HR or Recruitment coordination/administration
Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting/analytical mindset
Confident using Microsoft Office, ideally with advanced Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and multi-cultural environment
Proactive and adaptable problem-solver
Criminal record check required

Nice-to-Have:

Experience using Workday
Pre-boarding experience (contracts, global mobility, visa support)
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries and time zones
University degree strongly preferred
