- Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead creative ideation, briefing, and testing frameworks to improve ad performance
- Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate on winning concepts
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to align creative with campaign goals
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-converting assets
- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging creative trends
- Present strategy, insights, and results to internal teams and clients
- Build scalable creative systems and testing pipelines
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns through high-performing ad creatives
- Strong understanding of:
- Paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Direct response marketing principles
- Creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring creative teams is a plus
