snuggs is on an exciting journey 🚀We’re scaling fast and building a strong marketing engine to fuel our next stage of growth and performance is at the heart of it.In the role of Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll support and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels, working hands-on with setup, testing, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive measurable impact and turn data into growth opportunities.This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow fast by focusing deeply on paid acquisition and measurable results.Your responsibilities:Performance Marketing (Meta ads, Tiktok ads)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Assist with campaigns planning across paid channels
Identify trends, and suggest optimization opportunities
Coordinate creatives generation process
Brief creatives based on performance insights and testing needs
Monitor performance and analyze results
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards

Other Marketing Projects

Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and launches

Your profile:

1–2 years of experience in marketing
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance (key metrics)
Analytical mindset
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Strong organizational and communication skills
