Every day.We are now looking for a Controller to join our team in Ostrava, Czechia.As a Controller, you will be responsible for:Operate as Finance business partner for Business Area/Business Unit entity or group functionLead or support controlling and financial reporting processes for entity/function in scope of responsibilityOwn and ensure efficient and accurate closing, analysis and reporting related activities for the entity/ functionContribute and drive efficient and accurate forecasting and budgeting process in entity/ functionRepresent entity/function for requests from other Finance Operations processes Record to Report (RtR), Purchase to Pay (PtP), Order to Cash (OtC)Ensure Stora Enso Finance processes and policies are implemented and applied in entity/ functionProactively find opportunities, suggest actions and drive change to continuously improve and harmonize end-to-end controlling processesDrive and contribute to process automation and other development projectsEnsure close co-operation and communication with entity/ function and key stakeholders in Finance and other functionsSupport and train stakeholders in controlling related mattersQualifications:Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (economy high school diploma/university degree)Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, management reporting or accountingGood understanding of controlling processes (entity closing and operative financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)Good knowledge of controlling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SAP, OneStream, Power BI)Experience of driving process improvements and harmonizationGood analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to operate in a matrix organization in international environmentGood communication skills and business-oriented mindsetFluent in English (written and spoken) at least B2 levelWhat we offerBy joining us, you will be part of our diverse working culture supporting you to explore new perspectives and develop professionally.
