At the same time, our philosophy remains simple: we operate openly, creatively, and close to the people who create culture every day.💚 Your roleAs a Backend Developer, you'll contribute directly to our mission of connecting people with culture. You'll have the space to take ownership, shape processes, and make a meaningful impact in your area of expertise. We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript, who will work on modernizing our system and gradually migrating from the original back-end built on .NET. The role also includes integration with SSO solutions, working with multiple databases, and operating in a Google Cloud environment.What you'll do:Rewrite CRM backend from scratch based on a legacy system * Continue with expanding and scaling the system
  • Implement new features into the CRM based on customer requests
🩷 What we're looking for:Excellent knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript * Experience with Next.js (basic knowledge of React is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases - MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is an advantage (legacy part of the system still uses it)
  • Ability to read and navigate code in .NET / C# is an advantage
  • Experience with Redis (cache, or message queue/patterns)
  • Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is an advantage (scaling solutions)
  • Understanding of parallel data processing
  • Experience with message queues, ideally Google Pub/Sub
  • Knowledge of the Cloudflare environment is an advantage (primary management is handled by the DevOps team)
  • Experience with Git and GitHub (pull request process, code review)
  • Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio / VS Code
  • fluent communication skills in Czech and English (B2/C1)
