The team is building scalable and maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions used in precision cancer medicine.What You Will DoAs a Full Stack Developer, you will take a key role in designing and developing custom web applications end‑to‑end. You will contribute to backend and frontend development, API design, data integrations, and cloud architecture. You will work closely with biologists, data scientists, and product teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on clean architecture, documentation, and maintainability.Developing full‑stack features using Python (FastAPI) and ReactDesigning and building integrations for large‑scale data workflowsWorking with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (GCP)Contributing to early prototyping and architecture discussionsEnsuring code quality through best practices, testing, and documentationCollaborating with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and data/API assumptionsYou might be the perfect match if you are/have:5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environmentexperience in data intensive apps in scientific/biological contextStrong experience with Python 3.9+ and cloud‑based application developmentProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactBigQuery experienceHands-on experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake or OracleKnowledge of distributed systems and microservicesUnderstanding of cloud services: GCPOwnership mindset, proactive approach, strong communication skillsExperience collaborating with stakeholders in cross‑functional teamsLocated in Czechia, Slovakia or HungaryFluency in English (spoken and written)Nice to have:R / RShiny (migrations to Python)React (collaboration on data‑intensive apps / UI touchpoints).Assignment DetailsStart date: April 2026Workload: full-timeLocation: Czechia, Slovakia or Hugary (remote within these countries only - please note, that candidates outside of these countries will be not considered)B2B contractSalary: 5.700-8.300 CZK/MD (250-340€)Client: global US‑based life‑science companyRecruitment process:Screening Call
