While specific FPSL expertise is not required initially, relevant training will be provided, so banking or accounting knowledge is needed.💼Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, computer science or a related field
Solid understanding of financial reporting (HGB/IFRS) and ideally experience in the banking sector
Strong knowledge of banking processes
High IT affinity; ideally experience with ERP/banking systems, data models, or reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured working style
Excellent communication skills in English
Location: Based in Prague (on-site or hybrid collaboration as required).
FPSL-specific knowledge is a plus — training will be provided as part of the onboarding

An Ideal profile would be:

candidates with a technical university background who later moved into finance or accounting tend to adapt quickly.
Banking experience is a plus
SAP FI or accounting expertise is a plus but not a must.

Your future role

Support the implementation and transformation of banking financial processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Collaborate closely with workstream leads, product owners, and subject matter experts to advise on best practices for SAP S/4HANA system setup.
Manage and deliver assigned work packages on schedule along with necessary documentation throughout project phases.
Develop sustainable IT concepts through quick comprehension, abstraction skills, and solution-oriented decision-making.
Work independently while taking responsibility for achieving high-quality results.
Apply agile methodologies and operate effectively within agile collaboration models.
Work closely with colleagues specializing in Accounting, HGB/IFRS, FPSL to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
Continuously expand your SAP finance knowledge - particularly in FPSL and S/4HANA innovations - through hands-on project work and provided training.
