Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Sales Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, located in Krakow. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with clients and drive sales in a dynamic and tech-forward environment. You will be a vital part of our team, focusing on providing innovative SaaS solutions to our Czech-speaking clientele.Your main responsibilities will involve finding potential clients, demonstrating our cloud computing services, and effectively managing relationships to foster long-term partnerships. By understanding and addressing client needs, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and technological solutions.Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Czech-speaking market for our SaaS and cloud services
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the product team to align client requirements with our offerings
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Generate reports on sales activities and client feedback to inform company strategy
  • Network at trade events to expand presence in the market
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the SaaS or cloud computing industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
  • Ability to adapt presentations and solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and market demands
