Working as an independent consultant and advising our clients, understanding and optimizing proposed solutions
Acting as an independent consultant, advising clients and optimizing proposed solutions
Requirements gathering and documenting based on stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research
Creation of detailed functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, and use cases
Clear communication of requirements to development teams
Supporting our clients in key processes and products in the automotive industry - mainly in the Sales and Marketing are (not limited to)

YOUR PROFILE

5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, designing IT architectures or implementing IT systems in enterprises
Excellent analytical skills, proactive approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Confluence), and SQL/Power BI
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Fluency in both Czech and English is required
Work Location: On-site presence required in our Prague and Mlada Boleslav office

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in the automotive sector or manufacturing, ideally within a multinational environment
German language skills at B1+ level
