- Implement the brand's network development plan and supervise the follow-up in the medium and long term, for the entire national territory, at the concession and installation level, Sales and Post-Sales, guaranteeing correct compliance with the standards and guidelines contractual.
- Work closely with the global design team for new construction dealerships and ensure that the facilities meet brand standards, both in construction and in facilities, equipment and corporate design.
- Conducting audits of corporate standards and corporate facilities, interiors, signage and tools, supporting and ensuring that dealerships comply with the different operational standards of safety, environment and corporate identity.
- Visit dealers and promote the BYD brand awareness among dealer networks and search for new strategic locations and new market areas to expand the dealer network.
- Monitoring of the activity and the mandatory follow-up of the status of the business in comparison with the different business plans and feasibility plans.
- Optimal management of internal projects with attention to time, quality and committed cost.
- Development of market specific retail strategies including the planning and roll out of new formats (e.g. pop-ups, studio, garage, etc.) in close alignment with the corporate architecture team in HQ.
- Market analysis and evaluation of power grids, infrastructure, local/governmental initiatives, competitor activities and strategic locations for destination chargers.
- Support of training initiatives for importer and dealer network employees as needed and do overall administration of support systems for all internal and external users
- Prepare reports in order to provide management and HQ with sufficient information on the degree of compliance with contractual standards, network points, etc., as well as formulate proposals for a correct organization of concessions.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education, business management, engineering or marketing background.
- 5 years related working experience in Automotive industry in the region.
- Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry business dynamics.
- Working experience in auto OEM for EU and non EU network development.
- Fluent in English and Czech, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus.
