- Monitoring of daily order entry/delivery schedules (EDI, email etc.)
- Creation of new orders in SAP (individual order/delivery schedule)
- Compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Independent checking of availability
- Confirmation of deadlines to customer
- Coordinating fluctuations in demand with the customer
- Checking and correcting EDI errorsy
- Checking and correction of cumulative quantities (incl. measures)
- Resetting cumulative quantities when the customer's financial year changes
- Coordination of requirements with Demand Management or Category Management
- Escalation/clarification discussions with customers
- Recording of inquiry data
- Request and quotation processing and tracking of processes
- Saving new or changed special net prices
- Clarification of open details with product management, product development and KeyAccount Managers
- Writing and preparing quotations and handling the associated correspondence
- Retrieval and maintenance of requested or relevant data
- Download of orders/delivery call-offs (incl. deliveries and cumulative deliveries)
- Viewing and determining stocks and stock ranges
- Confirmation and maintenance of delivery dates and quantities
- Processing and tracking of new launches/samples incl. customer approval
- Complaint processing (delivery complaints, EDI transmission errors, etc.)
- Querying customer forecasts
- Tracking and checking the plausibility of requirements for schedule lines (within and outside the WBZ)
- Independent communication and clarification of implausible requirements
- Timely escalation of non-clarifiable, implausible requirements to superiors
- Participation and coordination of demand figures in monthly BKAs together with superiors (for IC customers).
- Proactive deadline tracking based on demand utilization and inventory situation and information to the customer
- Ensuring on-time availability
- Checking alternatives in the event of a lack of availability
- Coordination of deviating desired dates/quantities with the customer
- Prioritization of customers or types in the event of a bottleneck
- Timely escalation to superiors in the event of impending delivery bottlenecks
- Tracking the communicated production and delivery dates
- Tracking of on-time goods issue, information to the customer
- Monitoring the on-time delivery system
- Internal distribution of customer complaints
- Recording of logistics complaints (labels, packaging, EDI, transportation)
- Initiation and tracking of measures
- Coordination of replacement deliveries with production and customer
- Recording/processing of orders for reworking (issued by customer)
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial engineering or completed training as an industrial clerk with additional training as a business administrator or comparable training)
- Experience in sales and/or customer service in the automotive industry or in the automotive aftermarket.
- Business fluent English (written and spoken), further languages are an advantage
- SAP R/3 knowledge (module SD & MM), Business Warehouse, very good PC knowledge (MS Office), analytical functions in Excel, as well as data structure and evaluation via PowerBI
- Good interpersonal skills in an international environment, ability to work in a team, negotiation skills, customer orientation, flexibility, sense of responsibility, process and project orientation, creativity, perseverance and commitment as well as
- Goal orientation and motivation, structured approach, ability to work under pressure, initiative, independence
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic
