- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Utilize Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and transformation.
- Implement Data Quality Framework, develop DQ checks.
- Be able to analyze the data, Cleanse the data, and reconcile
- Contribute to the audits , Data governance
- Implement and manage Data Vault and Business Vault architecture.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform data modeling and create data marts to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Education /Engineering
- 5 to 15+ yrs of experience
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, Python, Databricks or other DWH
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure DevOps and CI/CD process.
- Knowledge of Data Vault and Business Vault methodologies.
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data transformation techniques.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data analysis.
- Proven experience in developing data marts and reports
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
- Familiarity with GenAI on Databricks and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of finance and insurance domains.
- Strong Data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to IFRS 17 reporting is a plus but not mandatory.
