They need someone who will be there for them, side by side and end to end.Within the group, Orascoptic is a dental loupes business that is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals and our sales representatives in Europe.What is your role going to look like?
  • As a member of the European team, you will be supporting primarily the French, Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Irish markets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
  • Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
  • You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
  • A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
  • You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.
