Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Team LeaderIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.Qualifications for the roleYou are highly proficient in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework for backend development, as well as JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, and HTML/CSS for frontend development. You have strong experience with RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, and thrive in the dynamic environment of full stack software development.You are adept at using Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services, and you are comfortable working with modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.You are passionate about problem-solving, clean code principles, and mentoring junior developers. You bring innovation to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and software architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.You hold a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system integration.
