Technical Project Lead - Innovations

• Lead innovation projects and coordinate mechanical, optical, and electronic engineering activities.
• Contribute hands-on technical expertise to the development of new product solutions.
• Develop feasible, cost-effective concepts for innovative automotive products.
• Own project planning, execution, and key deliverables within OP Mobility innovation processes.
• Act as a technical contact for customers and present new technologies and solutions.
• Cooperate with the IP team to avoid third-party IP infringement and support protection of new solutions.
• Identify innovation and cost optimization opportunities and support their implementation.
• Represent the company at technical meetings, conferences, and presentations.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical or innovation projects, ideally in automotive.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, optical, or electronic engineering.
• Advanced English skills (C1) with confident communication.
• Experience with CATIA and MS Office.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
