Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Servis Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process.The work model for the role is: #hybrid, #Li-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:

Preparation of business offers for existing customers
Working with software tools for managing installed products
Market analysis and identification of new opportunities using the latest tools and AI technologies
Daily communication with customers, ABB's sales and product teams
Collaboration on the implementation of new service offerings
Opportunity for business trips within ABB units abroad

Qualifications for the role

Secondary or higher education in economics, business, or technical fields
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
Communicative knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
Economic thinking / financial literacy
Advanced PC skills
