Company DescriptionWabtec NyranyIn our plant in Nýřany (Plzeň - north) we produce air conditioning units for rail vehicles. We are a leader in our field. We are not a mass production company. We fulfill the specific wishes of our customers. We produce more than 4,500 air conditioning units annually, which travel all over the world. Our customers include companies such as Siemens, Hyundai Rotem, Alstom, Škoda, Stadler and many others. We have been a stable employer for 20 years with certain orders for several years to come.Job DescriptionHow will you make a difference?

To search for, evaluate and develop new suppliers in Europe and worldwide
To manage the complete RFQ tender process and lead price negotiations
To collaborate on the global purchasing strategy across the entire group
To communicate closely with production, logistics, quality and other teams
To analyze and report key supplier indicators (OTD, NCR )
To set up new suppliers and prices in the internal system
To support sustainable and responsible purchasing processes

✅ What do we need to know about you?

Experienced within similar roles in sourcing
Ability ro read technical drawings
Able to negotiate with suppliers
Czech and English is mandatory , German is Advantage
Open minded, ability to work independently
willingness to travel
