- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and reception operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinate office supplies, orders, and communication with external vendors and building facilities
- Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-ups
- Organize business meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Support business travel arrangements for employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, document administration, and archiving
- Assist with onboarding activities (e.g., access cards, office setup)
- Support basic fleet management tasks (car coordination, service, and maintenance follow-up)
- Minimum secondary education
- Fluent English (C1 level) and native Czech
- Good knowledge of MS Office and overall digital skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Driving license
