As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our cloud platform and infrastructure strategy for Tricentis’ SaaS products. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, driving automation, security, and reliability at scale. You will operate independently across multiple cloud environments, making key architectural and operational decisions, and mentoring future members of the DevOps team.You will work end-to-end on critical infrastructure initiatives, enhance CI/CD workflows, and collaborate closely with SRE, Security, and Product Engineering to ensure Tricentis delivers reliable and scalable services globally. Your contributions will directly affect system performance, deployment velocity, and operational excellence.Your Impact as a
- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning and environment setup using Terraform, Kubernetes, and other tools.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, continuously improving safety, efficiency, and speed of software delivery.
- Partner with engineering and SRE teams to define best practices and influence architectural decisions early in the product lifecycle.
- Mentor colleagues in DevOps principles, IaC, and automation practices to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes meet stringent security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Drive improvements in release management, rollback procedures, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in system performance, deployment workflows, and operational monitoring.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure or environment-related incidents.
- Own critical infrastructure projects end-to-end and operate with high autonomy.
- Shape the DevOps culture and roadmap for the growing team, setting standards for automation, observability, and reliability.
- Influence product architecture and cloud strategy through proactive recommendations and hands-on solutions.
- Optimize cost, security, and performance across multi-cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations as a senior responder, driving incident resolution and preventive actions

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles, with exposure to multi-cloud environments.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and automation practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration at scale.
- Advanced expertise in CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and release management.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communicator, mentor, and cross-functional collaborator with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable making autonomous decisions that affect critical services and organizational operations.
