- Responsible of the quality of service, ensures availability of a service
- Activities: Run and Operations, Ensure 2nd Line of Support for Incident and Problem Management, Identify, gather and analyze events from infrastructure and application to provide capacity planning, perform improvements and incident analysis
- Configuration of application settings in close collaboration with CDM, SDM, ODM to ensure compliance to regulatory and client requirements
- Knowledge and experience in configuration and deployment on Linux (and optionally OpenShift) environments.
- Basic knowledge of system architecture, databases (Oracle DB and MongoDB) operations, and service management
- Java application development and software testing methods as a benefit
- Application maintenance, compliance with service levels, and ongoing development as a benefit
- English language skills, German is as advantage (not obligatory)
- You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, or similar, or have comparable training and professional experience.
- You are sociable and communicative and enjoy working with customers and colleagues.
