- Support onboarding and offboarding for an assigned group of employees, including documentation and communication
- Administer and respond to inquiries from our HR general email account
- Support benefit administration
- Maintain and organize personnel files in both physical and digital archives
- Support senior HR Operations colleagues with ad hoc tasks and projects
- Ensure our internal HR knowledge platforms, such as Kando, are kept up to date
- Use and improve our HR systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central) to support accurate, compliant, and user-friendly processes
- Completed high school education
- Previous experience in HR Operations or personnel administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of Czech labor law and employment regulations is beneficial
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a plus
- Native Czech speaker with strong English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
- Confident user of MS Office tools
