- The role of HSE Coordinator is to support HSE Manager in the day to day HSE management, in accordance with national legislation, FAS BG and Group´s HSE policy.
- Analyse the plant's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the legal requirements
- Analyse the plant's fire protection and bring solutions to improve the working conditions
- Analyse the plant's waste management and bring solutions to improve efficiency
- Support HSE department in building an annual HSE action plan
- Train, advice and support the plant management and employees
- Participate in Faurecia's HSE network including cooperation with HSE division manager and implementation of HSE division requirements
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the plant's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
- Make sure all legal reporting is done properly and on time
- Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
- Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
- Carry out accident enquiries
- Analyse, select and cooperate with HSE Manager and plant management on ordering personal protecting working aids
- Lead the team of HSE Specialists and Trainees
- Support ergonomics analysis and improvements with responsible departments
- Employee is informed about Code of ethics and Being Faurecia philosophy and is respecting and following it
- Lead the external companies in HSE topics (waste management, fire safety contractors, external trainers, physiotherapy, etc.)
- Lead various group of employees in different HSE tasks
- Stop production process if HSE risk for plant employee is observed
- In cooperation with HSE Manager represents HSE and plant management in contacts with appropriate institutions and external companies
- Support plant management (at all levels) in removal of accidents risk and harmfull conditions as well as HSE nonconformities
- Qualification in risk prevention according to national law 309/2006 (mandatory)
- Qualification in fire safety prevention according to national law 133/1985 (optimal)
- Technical education (optimal is Bachelor's degree in HSE specialisation)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in HSE branch
- Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive (optimal)
- National occupational health and safety law and legal requirements
- Fire safety law and legal requirements
- Environmental law and legal requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to persuade the others
- English - fluent for daily communication on a proffesional level
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- AutoCad (optimal)
- Ability to learn how work with various custom made applications for industry
