We are looking for a visionary to lead the technological development of our Security Operations Center (SOC) and take digital security to the next level. Your key mission will be to find effective, financially viable, and optimal solutions – balancing local requirements with global corporate standards.We seek a manager who will ensure technological readiness, efficiency, and innovation in remote monitoring and digital security, while supporting the development of new services aligned with global trends in security technologies.What will your main responsibilities be?

Shaping the future of SOC – define the technological vision and roadmap in line with global trends.
Driving innovation – monitor emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, video analytics) and explore their practical application.
Managing key projects – from design to implementation, impacting the entire monitoring center.
System integration – ensure compatibility of new solutions with existing infrastructure and customer systems.
Collaboration with sales and clients – act as a technical partner in designing solutions for key customers.
Overseeing security – cybersecurity standards, GDPR, and compliance will be your priority.
Team development – you will have direct responsibility for 2 technology specialists and indirect influence on the entire SOC team (approx. 40 people) through projects and technology initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

Secondary/University degree in a technical field (IT, electrical engineering, security technologies).
Relevant experience in managing technology projects or operating security systems.
Knowledge of modern monitoring systems (Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon).
Awareness of trends in physical security, video analytics, and cybersecurity.
Ability to lead projects, coordinate activities across teams, and communicate with suppliers.
English at a communicative level – daily verbal and written communication.

An advantage would be:

Experience with operating or developing a SOC.
Certifications in IT/security.
Experience in FM, security services, or system integration.
