- Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations across Europe.
- Lead annual performance and compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Manage the salary budget planning process, ensuring alignment with financial targets and workforce strategy.
- Collaborate with local Talent Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offers.
- Work closely with local country Talent teams to understand specific needs, ensure compliance, and support implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all relevant European jurisdictions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Provide guidance and training to Talent and management on compensation and benefits policies.
- Prepare reports and analytics for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a European or international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements across European countries.
- Fluency in Czech and English is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
