Our team of professionals is dedicated to collaborating seamlessly to provide a wide range of services, including finance, IT, human resources, marketing, and more to support legal teams in managing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the overall legal process.Job overviewThe Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs across European countries. This role ensures alignment with the company's strategic objectives, supports talent attraction and retention, and maintains compliance with local regulations and market standards. The Manager will also oversee salary budgeting and collaborate closely with local HR teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across regions.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations across Europe.
  • Lead annual performance and compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Manage the salary budget planning process, ensuring alignment with financial targets and workforce strategy.
  • Collaborate with local Talent Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offers.
  • Work closely with local country Talent teams to understand specific needs, ensure compliance, and support implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all relevant European jurisdictions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
  • Provide guidance and training to Talent and management on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a European or international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements across European countries.
  • Fluency in Czech and English is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
