- In this role you will create AI-driven workflows for lead generation, outreach and CRM automation.
- We use MEDDIC in sales as we target enterprise level clients. You will help the team implement MEDDIC automations to increase sales success rates and help the team ease the admin workload.
- You will also design and build system integrations between our systems. (HubSpot, BI databases and internal LLM systems)
- You will also work on predictive tools for churn or expansion of our portfolio to help the team with early signalling.
- Your goal will be to train the commercial team on this new tooling and automations making sure everyone is on board and can leverage these benefits fully.
- You already have a strong technical background in CRM automation, APIs, data integration and AI workflows with a proven track record of directly improving commercial KPIs.
- You are an experienced superuser of Hubspot, Zapier/Make, BI Dashboards or similar tools.
- In this role we are seeking for a clear communicator who can explain technical solutions in a non technical language so that even colleagues without the knowledge can understand, and follow up.
- You have strong training and presentation skills to be able to onboard teams into new processes and tooling.
- We are not looking for a programmer, but you should know your way around scripting. (Python, SQL, JS)
- Having experience in Sales, RevOPS, Sales Engineering or GTM OPS is a big plus.
- Another huge advantage would be if you have knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC) or are familiar with ad tech and performance marketing ecosystem.
