5+ years Salesforce experience (validated with certifications)
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce Platform (Classic & Lightning)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
Track record of success in complex, multi-cloud, or multi-system projects
Fluent in English (min. B2) and German at min. B2 level

Preferred:

Experience designing cloud-based architectures
Deep understanding of integration architecture patterns and best practices
Hands-on CI/CD pipeline management
Additional foreign languages (a plus)
Experience engaging with C-level, CIOs, IT Directors
Team leadership or management experience

Nice to have:

Willingness to travel up to 60% would be a significant plus
Knowledge of Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce will be a strong asset
Experience in Automotive industry

Your future roleAs a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be both technically and creatively challenged while shaping and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.In this role, you will:

Serve as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Develop and execute strategies to address complex technical challenges within Salesforce and its ecosystem.
Prepare and own technical blueprints for cost-effective, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Guide and mentor Salesforce delivery teams, ensuring high-quality, timely outcomes for clients.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during client workshops, technical deep-dives, and pre-sales conversations.
Collaborate with the sales team on new opportunities, prototypes, and demos.
