As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSales PlanningGlobal responsibility for preparing, coordinating, and implementing plan data entry as part of the Schaeffler Group's annual sales planning process.Plausibility check of planning results and preparation of a decision template for the management of the defined sales area.Key user and OES responsibility for the sales planning system for the defined sales areaCreation of detailed analyses derived from findings in standard reports or based on specified objectivesContact person for the departments for key figure analysis and sales planning in the defined sales areaSales Admin
  • Invoice overdue tracking /Accounting
  • eSigns & Quotation & Demand Management
  • Dispute Management / Invoicing Management (Creation of debit and credit notes)

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial engineering or completed training as an industrial clerk with additional training as a business administrator or comparable training)
3 - 5 Years within Sales, Sales Service and or/ ControllingSAP R3/HANA (Expert)MS Office (Expert)Excel, VBA, MS- Power BI (Excellent)Customer Portal (Expert)CRM Salesforce (Experience)Fluent in English, German language skills would be an advantage * Valid work permit at the moment of application
