- Develop and implement sales and catering strategies that drive revenue, market share, and brand strength.
- Oversee all key sales segments and channels, deploying the sales team effectively to optimize business performance.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate market dynamics and adjust strategies proactively.
- Participate in commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Create and execute account plans to maximize revenue across assigned markets.
- Monitor and enhance team performance through clear accountability, goal-setting, and continuous coaching.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing talent and uphold a culture of excellence and fairness.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Director or Director of Sales in luxury hospitality.
- Strong track record in sales with deep knowledge of luxury consortia and group business.
- Strategic, analytical, and ROI-driven mindset with innovative thinking.
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles.
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Delphi, Opera, and related systems.
