In this role, you will combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills: troubleshooting issues, answering partner questions, testing solutions, and occasionally providing training. From hands-on problem solving to explaining system principles in a clear way – you’ll make sure our partners get the very best from Loxone technology. Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in your region
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Loxone products and solutions
Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team
Support partners with training and guidance on Loxone systems
Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifikation
Strong enthuiasm for technical problems and how to solve them
Excellent English (daily communication with partners)
Genuine interest in technology and smart home/building automation
Quick learner with structured thinking and strong attention to detail
Willingness to work from our Prague or České Budějovice office (on-site role)
Technical background or education (electronics, IT, automation) is a plus
Experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage
