- Lead user enablement, training, and adoption across P3 for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and related M365 tools.
- Create training materials, maintain Learning Management System content, and build user awareness through tips, guidance, and best practices.
- Own day-to-day management of SharePoint Online and related user request queues.
- Maintain site structure, metadata, permissions, term stores, and overall information organization.
- Drive governance activities, including access reviews, oversharing checks, storage monitoring, and standardization of folder and site structures.
- Work closely with the Product Owner on product requirements and prioritization of items within the M365 ecosystem.
- Support budget planning by proposing and preparing budget inputs to the Head of Applications or Product Owner, who retains ownership of the budget and contract.
- Monitor system updates, provide the guidance to end users and adjust the internal processes if needed.
- Proactively look for process improvements and propose practical solutions within SharePoint Online and the wider M365 ecosystem.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- Strong communication skills and passion for user education and enablement
- Good understanding of permissions, metadata, governance, and document organization
- Ability to coordinate vendors and manage operational topics independently
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power Automate, is an advantage
- Strong ownership, structured, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset
- English required
