On behalf of our client, a global technology-driven manufacturing company, we are currently looking for an experienced Regional IT Manager to oversee IT operations across the Central European region (Czech Republic, Germany, and France). The company delivers advanced solutions in access control, secure storage, and automation - with customers across more than 100 markets worldwide.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working in an international environment, combining hands-on infrastructure oversight with ERP and business system support. You'll be part of a global IT team, with local responsibilities and visibility across multiple countries.Please note: This role does not include people management. It is a strategic and operational role focused on IT systems, infrastructure, and business support.JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and support IT infrastructure, hardware, and business applications (ERP, helpdesk, ePDM, etc.) at the local level
Act as a point of contact between local business units and the global IT organization
Ensure compliance with global IT policies, security standards, and data availability
Coordinate and monitor external vendors and service providers
Support ERP implementation and integration, including Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365
Analyze business needs and deliver suitable IT solutions across departments
Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Contribute to ISMS and ISO 2700x certification processes
Travel within the region (on a limited basis) to support projects and rollouts

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in IT infrastructure and business applications management (5+ years)
Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365
Familiarity with networking, hardware, and cloud-based technologies
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and regions
Fluent English - spoken and written
Experience in project or manufacturing environments is a plus
Independent, hands-on and responsible approach
