- Promoting the services provided by Allianz Trade Czech Republic (direct and in cooperation with brokers)
- Contributing to the development of the sales department
- Achieving sales targets set by the Company’s management
- Market prospecting - identifying potential customers (through proactive acquisition, including cold calling)
- Sending general presentations and all other relevant information needed for a future collaboration
- Staying in contact with companies selected as potential customers
- Preparing offers and policies based on received information and explaining them and negotiating and signing new policies
- Keeping record of activity, in accordance with Group requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Communication/Marketing is a plus
- Market knowledge: knowledge in dedicated business industries is an advantage (financial services, insurance)
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role preferably in B2B environment
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach, self-driven personality taking ownership of own agenda and deliverables
- Native Czech, good English level (reading, speaking and writing skills)
- Basic understanding and/or interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
