The role operates under the supervision of the Senior Financial Controller, Financial Manager, Regional Controller, and the Headquarters Controlling Department.Key Responsibilities

Collaborating on the preparation and reporting of the operational budget with all company departments
Analyzing budget deviations, auditing, and reviewing closing operations
Monthly reporting of results (sales, worked hours, productivity, P&L, investments) to the Country General Manager, Senior Financial Controller, and Headquarters
Supporting the preparation and implementation of cost-control plans
Collaborating with the HR department on HR reporting

Requirements

Analytical and focused mindset
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication abilities
Keen attention to detail and analytical thinking
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Business Controller or Business Analyst
Understanding of business operations and cash flow management
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (spoken and written), proficiency in Czech, and Spanish will be considered a strong advantage
