Identify and acquire new clients, while developing and maintaining existing accounts;Conduct negotiations and prepare tailored commercial proposals;Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies;Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and ensure a high level of service delivery;Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate transportation and logistics processes.We are on the same track if:You have professional proficiency in Russian and either English or German (Czech is a plus); You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;You are stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, willing to work for results;You are communicative, able to work in a team and independently.
