This opportunity entails working on the projects across EU/UK region as well as Czech.This newly emerged architectural studio has a footing in a broad experience of a managing director who has strong client base and great vision.This CEO, originaly from UK, is searching for someone to join him in his quest to create a successful architectural studio which would follow up on a strong previous experience with projects in luxury retail fit-out sector, residential area as well as other commercial and modular buildings.Are you interested in working for an internationally successful professional with the opportunity to deal with international clients and projects covering all major sectors - Retail, Commerical, Industrial and Residential?More than the international success, this architectural firm is thanks to its CEO a leader in the use of BIM.ALL THE PROJECT ARE IN #REVIT!WE NEED ADVANCED ENGLISH AND ADVANCED CZECH OR SLOVAK LANGUAGE.Requirements -

3 YEARS PLUS POST-UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE AND ADVANCED REVIT KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED!
Technical university, VUT, ČVUT etc, Architecture and urbanism, Engineering...
Full construction information, detailing and understanding of materials (all produced in Revit)
Not only design skills but good practical technical experience needed too!
Working and communicating efficiently is vitally important
Experience/track record of delivering small to medium projects from start to finish
Ability to demonstrate a knowledge of working on delivering real projects
Experience from full contruction projects is welcomed, not only interior design
Ability to produce working draw packages unsupervised to agreed deadlines
Detailed knowledge of CZ Planning and Building Regulations
Willingness to work on UK/EU based projects - close co-operation with the CEO who is main architect!
Good interpersonal and pro-client skills - you will be dealing with the clients as well!
Passion and enthusiasm for this type work
All skills and knowledge must be owned in Czech/Slovak and English language
Proactivity, independence and teamwork
