• Overseeing and managing the financial activities of four German companies, ensuring strict compliance with both international and local financial regulations.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.
• Preparing and reviewing accurate financial reports and budgets for Czech and Slovakia markets and the region, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leading the coordination and timely execution of audits, tax filings, and comprehensive financial analyses.
• Collaborating with senior management to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Continuously monitoring key financial metrics and providing actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
• Maintaining and enforcing strong internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard financial integrity.

• More than 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent
• working style; strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
