• Design, implement, and support the VMware landing zone using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitLab, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ansible Automation Platform, VMware, and Aria Automation (VRA/VRO).
• Design and implement automation solutions to support organizational needs.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of VMware environments with other systems and applications.
• Contribute to the development of automation scripts and tools to streamline processes.
• Ensure all VMware environments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Cooperate closely with vendors and Product Owners to solve or mitigate operational issues and provide input to architects for the VMware environment roadmap.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, and provide training to junior engineers and support staff.

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a technical field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in VMware engineering and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitLab, etc.).
• Experience with automation platforms and scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
