Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Retail Marketing Manager CEEME (south)Job SummaryThe Retail Marketing Manager is expected to drive execution of the marketing plans: setting up the planning for the local markets, translating regional marketing strategy into actions, leading channel-specific strategies across all countries.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesTasksIs responsible for a group of countries and works closely with the Brand Marketing executives, Business Development Managers and Distributors to deliver effective plans for the marketsLeads the coordination of 6Ps executionWorks closely with marketing peer contacts in distributor teamsProvides local expertise to the Consumer Marketing team for the development of brands.Builds Budget/JBP plans and launch plansOwns A&P spendingSales and Distribution data analysis and associated corrective recommendations.Organize and coordinates meetings & conferences with distributorsDrives BRMO (Brand Recommended Most Often) initiatives and Vet engagement actionsLeads projects on CEEME levelTrack and report competitive landscape100Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.Education/ Experience RequirementsBasic qualifications include:Minimum 5 years marketing or sales experience, pet business as an advantageUniversity GraduateGood English level (C1)Expected Areas of SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsHigh Level of Energy and Drive, influence othersAnalytical skillsProject managementPresentation skillsTeam workIntrapreneurshipLeadership Competencies (Should match the Colgate Global Competencies)Analysis/Decision MakingTeamwork and CollaborationInfluence/NegotiationFunctional Competencies (Should match the Colgate Global Competencies)Consumer/Customer FocusPlanning/Priority SettingEffective ExecutionWorking Relationships (Key partnerships and reporting relationships)Does this position supervise: NoBDM/ Marketing /Finance /CS&LDistributor Team/ Indirect CustomersReporting to Marketing ManagerTravel RequirementsExpected percentage of travel: Up to 25 %What We Offer
