This contract is scheduled to start 01 April 2026 and will be primarily on‑site, with occasional remote work when required.**The position is based in Brno, Czech Republic**Specific skills/experience required:2+ years of hands-on experience in End User Computing / Desktop Support and IT System Administration within a technical or engineering environment.
2+ years overall experience in the broader IT support domain.
Solid capability in:Windows OS installation, configuration, updates, and patch cycles
Software deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Hardware support (desktops, laptops, peripherals, break/fix)
Lab device setup, inventory validation, tagging, and configuration
Basic network understanding (IP addressing, switch port checks, cabling, VLAN/subnet awareness)
Basic server support (smart‑hands assistance for server teams)Experience working with Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11 environments.
Familiarity with security/monitoring tools such as ESET, Wazuh, Rapid7
Strong problem-solving skills and experience working within process‑driven, ticket‑based environments.
Excellent communication skills in English and Czech.
