Req ID 67963 Frýdlant, Czech RepublicResponsibilities:Project Management: Assist project managers globally in defining project scope, solid business cases, objectives, timelines, and budget, while establishing KPI awareness and ensuring quantifiable outputs.Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project team meetings, track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Lean and Digital Rollout: Support the rollout of LeanGoesDigital initiatives and digital solutions, coordinating pilots, gathering feedback, and refining rollout approaches.Continuous Improvement: Act as a motivational leader in selected projects to foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancement and recommending improvements to project management practices.Requirements:

Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
2+ years of professional experience in project management
Profound knowledge of agile management tools (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, Backlog, burndown charts)
Advanced skills to facilitate, coach and manage projects and delivery teams with focus on financial benefit remotely
Used to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, to run projects and build teams
Desirable: Experience in developing and improving scalable Power App solutions
Very good oral and written communication skills
Growing entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Fluent in English, the requirement of a communicative level of knowledge of the Czech language
