Definition: Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (e.g., billable hours). Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
D2 applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience and may drive other professionals to achieve operational objectives, most of the time in a mono expertise area.

With your team members you will ensure that customers successfully implement Quadient solutions.As a member of Expert Center team, you will be solving the most complex challenges with our colleagues across the five continents.Your role in our future:
- Implementation of CXM software solutions
- Installation and configuration of Quadient applications
- Analysis of requirements and solution design
- Implementation tasks spanning from GUI configuration to light weight programming
- Technical project leadership
- English (minimum B2) both written and spoken.
- Good grasp of IT technologies, the ability to quickly find missing information / knowledge
- Ability to write short scripts in any language (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy, Shell, Ansible)
- The desire to learn new things and solve problems
- Analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel might be required, but traveling is not guaranteed.
